International Rescue Committee volunteer continues despite coronavirus pandemic

When teenage Ugandan brothers Eric Bizimana and Emmanuel Shimiriyimana saw an alligator swimming in the water at the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens, the siblings could not believe that the land was open to the public.
