Mentor • Srishti Prabha is a freelance writer and editor with bylines in NPR, KQED, CapRadio, Solving Sacramento and more. They report for KQED’s long-form human-interest podcast The California Report Magazine and also work with the News Revenue Hub, helping sustain local newsrooms. Previously, they covered education with a focus on communities of color at Sacramento’s NPR station Capital Public Radio and served as managing editor of India Currents. Their work has been recognized by the San Francisco Press Club and the California News Publishers Association, and they have received fellowships from the Education Writers Association, the Association of Independents in Radio and USC Annenberg.
